The preservation of our gracious Victorian home is a continuous endeavor and an integral part of Warren, offering our facilities to community organizations and events.

All rentals for the ballroom are for a 6 hour period of time.
Member Extra Hour/s: $100 per hour
Non Member Extra Hour/s: $150
Events must end by 11 PM.
A $200 REFUNDABLE charge required for any damages for both members and non members. The deposit will be returned the week after the event.

LIMITED KITCHEN USE
Members $80 Non Members $110.
For the Dinning Room & Upstairs and Downstairs Parlors with kitchen us
Members: $100 Full Kitchen Use
Non Member: $150 for FULL kitchen use and $125 for LIMITED kitchen.
There is a non refundable deposit of $75
All rentals are for a 5 hour period.
There is an additional fee of $50 for HOLIDAYS and SUNDAYS.

There is a piano in both the Upstairs and Downstairs Parlors for use for those who include music into their program or event.
There is an elevator that will take you to the second floor if you have items to move upstairs to the parlor or if you have people who might not want to attempt the staircase.
